My name is Stephanie Connelly and I proudly hale from the small town of Bridgeport Nebraska, where I grew up on a ranch, where my family raised performance horses. I quickly fell in love with agriculture and the western way of life, and the experiences they both have given me, shaped the woman I am today. My family raises performance horses and I fell in love with barrel racing at a young age, and the rest is history! On my free time I enjoy fishing, rodeoing, and looking at livestock, as well as spending time with family and friends.
The purpose of this blog is to highlight how agriculture has shaped me, not only as a young woman in the agriculture industry, but also to promote my career in agriculture and my experiences in pursuing a degree at the University of Wyoming in Agriculture Education.
