- I wanted learn how to take better photographs and how to edit different forms of media.
- I think I 100% gained the skills that I hoped I would from this class, and I think I have a new found appreciation for all the hard work that goes into media production that I didnt neccessarily have before the class.
- I have certainly become a better problem solver and critical thinker since taking this course, which I didn’t think was possible after collegiately livestock judging for 4 years. I had to adapt and overcome several obstacles presented after campus shut down, which I’m sure many other students had to do as well.
- Being able to solve problems and think critically, while being able to manage social media accounts and produce quality pictures I see as a necessity as a future Ag teacher, so in short, I see myself using these skills every single day.
- I loved interviewing David and Myca for my web story. Connecting with young agriculturalists like myself, and getting to talk about their hopes and dreams and concerns, as well as the neat things they are doing on their operations, was an opportunity I was very excited to take. It was so meaningful to me, to be able to highlight the hardwork they are putting in, and the huge positive impact they are already making.
- I found the audio profile assignment to be the most challenging, I hit several bumps in the road while trying to complete it, unfortunately technology wasn’t on my side.
- If I could give myself advice I would have told myself to have more confidence in myself and to not be afraid to share my genuine opinion with others. I would also tell myself to pace myself more when doing all of my coursework online.
